Strawberry Crunchy Quinoa Salad is light and perfect for warmer weather. You can replace the crunchy quinoa with crunchy chickpeas for a bigger crunch.
Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad is wonderful for a crowd! This salad is all about the knife work but well worth the effort.
If you’re going to make one salad, Chopped Salad with Feta & Crunchy Chickpeas is the one! Trust me.

Desserts and Baked Goods:
No Bake Cheesecake Mousse is all the cheesecake fun without the baking and the wobble!

No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream and Nectarine No Churn Ice Cream (no sweetened condensed milk) are my take on no-churn ice cream without the sweetened condensed milk, without the ice cream maker, and less sugar.

Apricot & Nut Dark Chocolate Truffles is another wonderful no-bake recipe that is a showstopper dessert! They are also an elegant hostess gift!

For a warmed dessert, try my Healthier Apple Cranberry Crumble or Passover Pear-Raspberry Almond Crumble. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Petite Hiwaij Walnut Coffee Cakes are spiced with warming notes of coffee hiwaij and walnuts. This recipe was featured in the Jewish Sweet Cookbook.
For a simple, creamy alternative to cheesecake, try my Raspberry Citrus Morning Cake.
